We want you to love your purchase from Saajia! If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and exchanges, which are handled exclusively through WhatsApp for a seamless and quick experience.
Please note: An unboxing video is highly recommended for all orders to facilitate a smooth process for any claims related to damaged or incorrect items.
1. How to Initiate a Request
All return and exchange requests must be initiated via our official Customer Support WhatsApp number. We do not accept requests via email, social media, or any other channel.
Step 1: Send a message to our WhatsApp support at +91 85958 62203 within the timeframe specified below.
Step 2: In your message, please provide the following details:
- Your Full Name
- Order Number
- A clear reason for the return or exchange.
- Clear photos of the product (and packaging, if damaged).
Step 3: Our customer care team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. Please allow up to 24 business hours for a response.
2. Return Policy (3-Day Window)
You may request a return for your product within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Return:
- The item must be in its original, unused, unwashed, and unworn condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the product.
- The item must be free from any scents, stains, or damages.
Return Process: Once your return request is approved via WhatsApp, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address. After the product is received at our warehouse and passes a quality check, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Exchange Policy (7-Day Window)
You may request an exchange for a different size or product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- The same conditions as our return policy apply (original condition, tags intact, etc.).
- Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested new item.
Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved via WhatsApp, we will arrange for a reverse pickup. After the original item is received at our warehouse and passes our quality check, we will dispatch the new item to you. You will receive tracking details for the new shipment.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number, and clear photos or a video of the issue. We will arrange for a reverse pickup and send you a replacement at no extra cost, or process a full refund, as per your preference.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items purchased during a sale, clearance, or using a discount code.
- Accessories, including but not limited to jewelry and earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Custom-made or altered items.
6. General Conditions
Saajia reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product does not meet our quality standards or policy requirements. The reverse pickup service is subject to availability in your pin code. If reverse pickup is not available, we will guide you on the alternative process.
