At this time, we only ship to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping. We cover most pin codes across the country through our trusted courier partners.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. You will be notified via email and/or SMS once your order has been shipped.
During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order is dispatched, you can expect it to be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.

Delivery Timeframe: This is an estimated timeframe. Delivery to metropolitan areas may be quicker, while it might take longer for remote or hard-to-reach locations.
Delays: Saajia is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page. From time to time, we may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value or as part of a promotional campaign.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and/or an SMS containing your tracking number(s) and a link to the courier's website. The tracking information will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the package is refused by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.
Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery two or three times. If they are unable to deliver the package, it will be returned to our warehouse.
We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order. Kindly provide your order number and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assist you with a resolution.
